Outline of Research at the Start

ポジティブ心理学はウェルビーイングの基礎・応用研究に取り組む学問であるが，多くの理論や概念が西欧の価値観（WEIRD）に基づいており，他文化でウェルビーイングの向上につながる概念には目が向けられてこなかった。本研究では，日本におけるUN-WEIRDなポジティブ心理学的概念に注目し，その機能と効果を探索する。スマートウォッチ等を駆使して，個別最適にウェルビーイングを向上させる介入法を開発する。
