Outline of Research at the Start

トラウマは精神疾患のリスク要因として知られていますが，うつ病と不安症を引き起こしやすいこと，トラウマによって引き起こされたこれらの症状は治りにくいことが明らかになっています。そしてその要因として，否定的な自己イメージや感情のコントロールの難しさの影響が指摘されています。
しかし，こうした要因を考慮し，トラウマに焦点を当てたうつ病や不安症の心理療法はほとんどありませんし，効果の有無もまだ十分に明らかにされていません。そこで本研究では，自己イメージや感情のコントロールに働きかける心理療法として，コンパッション・フォーカスト・セラピー（CFT）を用いた心理支援プログラムの開発を目指します。
