Outline of Research at the Start

心的外傷後ストレス障害(posttraumatic stress disorder: PTSD)と複雑性心的外傷後ストレス障害（complex posttraumatic stress disorder; CPTSD）に対して効果が認められている認知行動療法は，その多くがトラウマ焦点型で高い脱落率や治療後に診断が持続するなどの限界がある。本研究は，トラウマ非焦点型介入の中でも慈悲とマインドフルネス瞑想のプログラムを取り上げ，インターネットを介した無作為化比較試験を行い，PTSDやCPTSDの症状低減が可能かを確かめ，その心理的プロセスを明らかにする。
