Outline of Research at the Start

放射線イメージング応用は、様々な分野にて用いられており、学術分野だけでなく我々の生活に密接したものとなっている。高い位置分解能と高い検出面積を実現するイメージングシステムにとって特定用途向け集積回路（ASIC）はキーテクノロジーの一つであるが、近年のICの微細化に伴い処理可能なダイナミックレンジが低下しており、これは様々な学術分野における測定においてネックとなっている。本研究は申請者が独自に創造してきた時間幅信号処理用ASIC設計技術に基づき異分野の研究分野において一貫したASIC設計手法で解決を図る。
