Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、リボソーム関連遺伝子についての大規模な生物情報学的解析と、研究者らが開発したリボソーム試験管内再構成系を用いて、地球生命のリボソーム生合成過程の多様性の把握と例外的性質の理解を試みる。本研究成果は、これまでの知見にないリボソーム生合成過程の理解につながるだけでなく、生命の進化と起源の理解に貢献することと期待される。
