Outline of Research at the Start

固体表面に液滴が付着した場合,半導体製造装置の汚染,医療機器の汚染,自動運転のセンサー誤作動などの様々な問題が発生するため,液滴の除去が必要である.液滴除去のため,液滴除去性(Drop Removal-Induced Performance; DRIP)の高い膜(DRIP film)が求められる.DRIP film実現には,液滴-固体間の動摩擦力(液滴動摩擦力)測定が必須である.液滴の摩擦には未解明な部分が多く,液滴の摩擦法則(Law of Friction for Drop; LFD)を構築する必要がある.本研究は,液滴動摩擦力測定装置を用い,独自の手法でLFDの構築を目指す.
