Outline of Research at the Start

インバータ駆動モータでは，インバータサージと呼ばれる繰り返しパルス高電圧がモータコイル内に部分放電を発生させ，電気絶縁を劣化させる課題がある。高速スイッチングが可能なSiCインバータでは，エナメル線間（ターン間）に数十ns程度のパルス電圧が最高数百kHzで発生する。本研究ではターン間電圧を模擬するナノパルス電源を開発し，SiCインバータサージ下の部分放電開始電圧の特性を明らかにする。さらに，発光分光計測と放電シミュレーションから放電パラメータを明らかにし，エナメル皮膜の損耗への影響を調査することで，ナノコンポジット技術を用いた耐部分放電性エナメル線の高性能化に貢献する。
