Outline of Research at the Start

the main originality and novelty of this proposal is, to pioneering realize QCLs using III-nitrides QWs for this frequency gap. There is a scarcity of reports focused on QWs structures at QCL level. In additions, there has been a longstanding lack of a reliable model for comprehending quantum transport in QCLs, leading to a disconnect between experimental observations and theoretical calculations. Consequently, a feasible QCL design scheme has yet to be established. This proposal is to address these topics.
