Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、巨大地震を経験した鋼構造建築物が継続使用可能か否か、次の巨大地震に対して倒壊しないか否かを判定する手法を構築することである。特に、局部座屈（部材断面を構成する板要素が波打つように変形する現象）が生じた鋼構造部材を対象に，部材の表面形状を精緻に計測することにより、耐力が低下し始める前の軽微な局部座屈を検知し、残余耐震性能を推定できるようにすることを意図している。今回の補助事業では、地震によって振動する過程で部材の変形が解消されることを考慮できるように推定手法の改善を図る。さらに、様々な種類の柱や外力条件について実験・解析を行い、推定手法の適用範囲を拡張する。
