Outline of Research at the Start

グローバルサウス・メガシティにおける都市課題の深刻化・喫緊化が進む中、従来の開発援助や近年のPPP等は個別分野的な対処療法に過ぎないが、様々に試みられているデジタル技術が新たな可能性を拓きつつある。本研究では、都市空間形成に関わる多様な「都市空間レイヤー」における空間整備をデジタル技術も活用して自己組織化的に相互調整していく仕組みを「スマート空間マネジメント」と呼び、グローバスサウス・メガシティにおける現地調査を通じてマルチレイヤー型のスマート空間マネジメントの姿を具体化、そのプロトタイプを「Smart Urban Solution Framework (SURF)」として社会実装化する。
