Outline of Research at the Start

前近代の建築に関する情報は、現存建築、発掘資料などの直接的な史料に加えて、大工技術書などの文献史料や図像（模型・建築指図等）にも多く含まれている。文献史料整理の多くは日本史研究者、絵図史料については美術史研究者らを中心に行われることが多いが、いずれも建築関連史料の解読には専門知が必要であるため、建築史研究者が直接的にかかわる必要がある。本研究では、宮内庁所蔵中井家関連史料、東大所蔵の大工技術書、寺社所蔵の建築指図に関して、デジタル化によって可能となる精密な研究を実施することが目標である。
