Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、熱フォノンのアンダーソン局在現象を基盤とした新型熱絶縁材料の開発を目的とする。酸化チタン自然超格子を用いて、非周期界面配列による熱伝導率の大幅低減を実現することを目指す。この技術により、エネルギー効率の向上が期待される分野への応用が可能となる。研究の過程で、理論モデルの構築、材料の合成、性能評価を行い、最終的には熱絶縁性能が高い材料の設計指針を提案する。
