Outline of Research at the Start	有機集積回路やその応用デバイスの高機能化において、高い動作性能を有する不揮発性有機トランジスタメモリの開発は重要な課題であるが、現状では応用できる性能水準には達していない。本研究では、研究代表者らが開発を進めているフローティングゲート型有機トランジスタメモリの性能を向上させる幾つかのアプローチを検討し、低い書込電圧と短い書込時間を併せ持つ高い動作性能を有する不揮発性有機メモリの実現を試みる。NOR型およびNAND型の有機メモリ回路を作製し、動作性能を検証する。有機トランジスタメモリで観測されたシナプス特性の発現機構を解明し、新たな応用デバイスの開発を目指す。
