Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では窒素含有極小ナノダイヤモンドと原子レベルで精密に制御されたマイクロ波プラズマ気相化学成長法(CVD)を組み合わせる事により、室温量子ビットとして注目を集めているダイヤモンド中窒素-空孔ペア(NV センター)をナノスケールの位置精度で配列する手法開発を目指す。さらに、開発した手法により生成されたNVセンター量子特性を調査し、NV センターの多量子ビット化に最適な配列条件を探索する。
