Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、テラワット規模の太陽光発電の年間大規模導入を実現するため、既存のCu系化合物太陽電池Cu(In,Ga)Se2に変わるInフリーで毒性のない元素で構成された新規Ag系のカルコゲナイド系化合物薄膜太陽電池の開発を目指し、バンドエンジニアリングによりAg8SnS6光吸収層をベースとした太陽電池を実現することを目的とする。
