Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、未開拓の化学種であるalpha-アンモニオラジカルの反応性に着目し、多様性合成に関する反応開発を目的として研究を行う。第四級アンモニウム塩のカチオン性に起因する特異な反応性を引き出し、有機合成に広く応用できる活性種にすべく、研究を行う。具体的には、第三級アミンから容易に誘導できるヨードメチルアンモニウム塩を原料として、alpha-アンモニオラジカルを発生させる。第三級アミンは医薬品や天然物などに広く含まれる構造であり、alpha-アンモニオラジカルを経由して、様々な分子に導くことができれば、新たな医薬品などの生物活性分子創出につながると期待できる。
