本研究では，質量分析実験と量子化学計算を協働させ，質量分析装置の特性を「熱力学的温度」と「有効反応時間」の指標に変換することで，スペクトルパターンを標準化するための方法論を確立する．これにより，既存のマススペクトルライブラリを標準化し，データベースの利活用の高効率化に向けた礎を構築する．
