Outline of Research at the Start

河川で日常的に検出される防腐剤や増感剤およびそれらのハロゲン化体が農作物をはじめとする食品に含まれるかどうかを確認するため、高精度の分析法を確立することが目的である。食品の分析を通じて一日の摂取量が把握できるようになる。また対象とする水質汚染物質による長期的な生物への影響が不明なため、水生生物を使ってどの程度の毒性があるのか確認する。化学物質の体内への取り込みに関する情報を得るため代謝生成物の分析も試みる。
