Outline of Research at the Start

本研究でははじめに赤色蛍光乳酸センサーR-eLACCO2.1の三次元構造を明らかにし, ReLACCO2.1がなぜ乳酸依存的に蛍光寿命を変化させるのか, その分子機構を明らかにする. その後, 得られた構造情報を基にR-eLACCO2.1変異体を合理的にデザインすることで高性能蛍光寿命乳酸センサーQ-LACCO1を開発する.
