Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、申請者が取り組んできた連結部編集戦略による糖鎖アナログ開発法を中分子量の糖鎖および糖脂質に適用し、生体内で切断されない中分子ヒアルロン酸やラクトシルセラミドを開発する。ラジカル反応を駆使した合成法を確立し、これら分子の生物活性物質、未解明生物現象解明のためのツール分子としての有用性を検証することに挑む。
