本研究では、『膜小胞の医療応用加速に向け、一微粒子レベルの解析により膜小胞の多様性を包括的に理解する』ことを目的としている。その達成に向け、下記3点の個別課題
a) 細菌の膜小胞はどのように多様か？
b) 一微粒子ごとに機能の違いはあるのか？
c) 膜小胞の多様性を生み出す原理は何か？
を明らかにし、その情報を整理して膜小胞の質を制御する基盤構築を目指す。
