Outline of Research at the Start

植生調査は許可のとれた調査地から順次開始するが、2024-25年はデータのない中国・九州地方を中心に行う。2026年までに植生調査の完了を目指して、種レベルの多様性(種数，多様度指数)・組成の草原間の比較、多様性・非類似度への環境要因の影響を、GLMMやNMDSなどの手法で解析する。NMDS 解析は、非類似度にJaccard指数や系統を考慮したJaccard指数など複数の指標を用いて行う。変種を別種扱いにした場合の非類似度が高く見積もられる効果を軽減する。
集団遺伝解析は初年度からサンプルの集まった種から順次解析、年１-2種程度を対象とする。
