Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、高頻度に取得された衛星データの時系列情報によって森林変化と蓄積量の両者を表現できることに着目し、蓄積量とその変動を日本全国で定量化する手法を明らかにする。このために、複数の衛星データから抽出した時系列情報から森林の高さ（林冠高）を推定し、時間・空間的な伐採と成長量の変動を定量化する。大規模レーザ計測データの高さ情報を利用し、林冠高と蓄積量の関係から国全体のスケールでの毎年の森林蓄積量の変動を示す。
