Outline of Research at the Start	農業の持続的発展には、経済価値と社会価値の両立が不可欠であるが、価値創出に関係する要因は多数存在し、なおかつ要因が相互に複雑に関係するとともに、それらが動態的に変化するため、実態解明は容易ではなく、また、両立のための有効な理論と戦略に関する研究も十分には行われてこなかった。本研究は、日本の農業法人を対象として、定量的分析と定性的分析の方法を融合し、経済価値および社会価値の創出メカニズムを解明し、農業経営および地域農業の持続的な発展に資する理論と戦略を構築する。
