Outline of Research at the Start	補助事業期間中に本研究課題では、４種類の胚、すなわち①体内受精胚、②体外受精胚、③体内受精/体外培養胚、④体内受精/ＭＥＭ培養胚（標準培養液に代わり将来糖尿病になりやすいαMEM培地で培養）を比較することにより、胚環境による胚の核小体の形態や機能変化とそれによる発生と成長の関係を明らかにする。具体的には、 1)胚の体外培養による核小体の形状変化と機能変化および相関性の解明 2)胚の核小体変化を引き起こす体外培養の因子および細胞シグナルの同定 3)核小体の変化が発生および長期に及ぼす影響の解明の３つの課題を実施する。
