Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、多細胞生物における新たなエネルギー恒常性維持機構の解明を目的とする。細胞間でのエネルギー代謝調整の仕組みと、その分子レベルでの調節機構に焦点を当て、細胞外小胞を介した物質転送や、エネルギー代謝で重要となる細胞内分子の役割を含む独自の研究手法を用いて検証を行う。本研究により、生物のエネルギー管理システムの理解を深め、生命科学の基礎研究に貢献することを目指す。
