Outline of Research at the Start	子宮奇形や子宮発育不全は、反復・習慣流産の原因となり、不妊で悩む患者の4割がなんらかの子宮形態異常を有するとされる。我々は、必須微量元素の働きが子宮の形態形成に重要である、との仮説のもと、必須微量元素の輸送体を雌性生殖器で欠損するマウスを作製し、子宮の形態に特徴的な異常を生じる2種類の系統を得た。本研究では、これらの解析を通じて、子宮の形づくりに重要な因子と細胞動態を明らかにする。
