タンパク質のユビキチン修飾は、プロテアソームによるタンパク質分解をはじめ、広汎な生命機能を制御するが、細胞内に微量しか存在しない非典型ユビキチン鎖の機能については不明な点が多い。本研究では、マウスの組織や細胞を用いて非典型型ユビキチン鎖の機能を解明する。
