Outline of Research at the Start

Mammalian genomes contain thousands of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) with many unknown functions. We aim to identify and functionally characterize both known and novel lncRNAs involved in mouse dendritic cell differentiation to better understand lncRNA roles in immune cell development and responses.
