Outline of Research at the Start	上皮細胞同士の隙間は、2つの上皮細胞の間で連続的に形成される細胞間結合タイトジャンクションと、3つの上皮細胞の角が点状に接する部位に形成されるトリセルラータイトジャンクションによって閉じられている。本研究では、トリセルラータイトジャンクションの分子機構と生理的意義を解明するために、その構成タンパク質であるアンギュリンとトリセルリンの機能と生理的意義を培養細胞とマウスを用いて明らかにする。
