Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は１細胞トランスクリプトーム解析を用いてショウジョウバエ近縁種の脳を比較し、種間で発現プロファイルの異なる細胞腫や、特定の細胞腫において発現差のある遺伝子を特定する。さらに種差のある細胞腫や遺伝子発現を操作することで、脳の進化をもたらす細胞／分子機構を世界で初めて解明する。
