Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、立体的に嵩高い新規化学構造をもち、タンパク質間相互作用機能を含め特段の生物活性が期待されるが、合成研究の報告のない punctaporonin U、neocucurbol A および talaromynoid Gの(Figure 4) 、短工程、高収率、かつ誘導体合成に適した、高効率な合成経路を開発する。さらに、開発した合成経路を利用し、タンパク質間相互作用調節機能をはじめとする新規生物活性評価に必要な量の天然物を合成、さらに、より有用な生物活性が期待できる誘導体合成を実施する。
