Outline of Research at the Start

T細胞依存的抗体産生応答で重要な役割を果たすCD4陽性濾胞ヘルパーT(Tfh)細胞、濾胞制御性T(Tfr)細胞はPD-1を含めた多数の免疫補助受容体を発現していることが知られているが、各々の機能や、受容体間相互作用の有無は不明な点が多い。本研究では、我々が明らかにしてきたシスPD-L1/CD80結合によるPD-1機能制御や、他の免疫補助受容体分子の相互作用の理解を通して、Tfh、Tfr細胞の分化、機能制御機構の詳細な解明を目指す。
