Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、肝臓のサイズ制御機構（肝細胞増殖）と品質制御機構（傷害肝細胞排除）を、Hippo-YAPシグナル伝達経路の観点から解明することを目的とする。課題１YAPが肝細胞増殖を制御する分子機構と比較しながら、YAPが傷害肝細胞を排除する分子機構を解析する。課題２ 動物培養細胞と張力バイオセンサーを用いて、YAP依存性細胞排除時の物理的力を可視化し、分子機構を解析する。
