Outline of Research at the Start	立体的ヒストンコードの機能異常が発がんに関わっている可能性を調べるため、がん患者で発見された遺伝子変異を再現するような細胞株またはマウス個体を作製し、その細胞増殖に与える影響を推定すると共に、実際に個体内発がんが促進する（イニシエーション）可能性を検討する。また化学発がんや放射線発がんと組み合わせて、その協調的促進効果（プロモーション）の有無についても検討する。逆に異性化反応を阻害するような遺伝学的・薬理学的な検証を行い、実際に発がん頻度・がん増殖能の低下につながる可能性を検討する。
