Outline of Research at the Start

肝線維化は、主にHCV, HBV感染やアルコールの過剰摂取、代謝関連脂肪性肝疾患（MASLD/MASH）などが原因で発症し、肝臓内にコラーゲン等の細胞外基質が過剰に蓄積する病態である。本研究では本病体制御が可能な創薬シードの、病態改善効果について詳細な分子メカニズムを解明する。
