Outline of Research at the Start	経粘膜感染は主要なウイルス伝播経路の一つであり、その防御・制御に結びつく免疫機序の解明は学術的にも感染症克服の観点からも重要である。本研究は粘膜メモリー細胞のウイルス曝露後反応動態解明を目的とし、我々がこれまで構築してきた系を活用して粘膜感染防御・制御に寄与する粘膜メモリーT細胞の反応動態解明に結びつける。得られる成果は、経粘膜ウイルス感染防御ワクチン開発等の戦略基盤としても重要である。
