Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、研究代表者が収集したヒト乳がん臨床検体由来patient-derived xenograft (PDX)を活用し、ゲノム遺伝子変異の蓄積によるがん組織の不均一性と、幹細胞性を指標とした機能的ヒエラルキーを統合させ、原発がん及び転移がんの病態の本質を理解することを目的とする。1細胞ごとのゲノム遺伝子変異解析を行い、１細胞トランスクリプトームとの統合解析を行う。
