Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らはIgSF細胞接着分子の構造、機能、接着に関わる細胞の多様性と特異性、増殖因子経路への干渉を示してきた。また、大量のヒト試料のゲノム網羅的関連解析や変異解析により、宿主の体質関連遺伝子の解明に携わった。そこで、がん生物学と体質のゲノム解析を統合し、がんの新規診断、治療、予防を目指し以下の課題を解明する。
1．小細胞肺がん新規血清診断マーカーの実装化と抗体治療候補薬開発
2．IgSF分子網羅的結合解析による新規免疫チェックポイント分子の同定と解析
3.がんの悪性化に関わる宿主遺伝因子の解明と、がん体質、悪性化リスクの対策
4．IgSF分子群の増殖因子シグナルへの介入による分子標的薬耐性腫瘍の克服
