Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、HDL上に存在するマイナーアポ蛋白、生理活性脂質に着目して、HDL検査の更なる深化・発展を目指す。（１）HDLの抗アポトーシス作用などを担うアポ蛋白M（ApoM）/スフィンゴシン1－リン酸（S1P）に着目して、低HDL血症と肺疾患、がん、膠原病、肝疾患の関連を明らかにする。（２）ApoM以外のマイナーアポ蛋白による、HDL上の生理活性脂質の変動、低HDL血症と非動脈硬化性疾患の疫学的な関連への寄与、を基礎研究にて明らかにする。（３）ヒト臨床検体を用いて、Proof of conceptをえる。
