Outline of Research at the Start

統合失調症の病態生理を、知覚情報符号化の障害、システムアップデートの異常を起こす過剰なリップル波、認知機能障害を反映する大脳皮質のグローバルネットワークの崩壊という情報処理の連続性の観点から検討を行う。本研究により、統合失調症の早期診断を含む統合失調症の評価、そして新規薬剤開発を含む治療介入の効果判定に寄与することが期待できる。
