Outline of Research at the Start

若年自殺ハイリスク者末梢血単核球の網羅的DNAメチル化データ及びシングルセルRNAシークエンスデータを同時かつケア介入前後の2ポイントで経時的に取得し、１）若年自殺リスクに関わるDNAメチル化異常やシングルセルレベル・細胞種特異的な遺伝子発現異常の同定、２）若年自殺リスクとNK細胞異常増加の関連についてのシングルセル解像度での実証、３）若年自殺リスクに関わる種々の生物学的異常のケア介入による可逆性の把握、を目指す。
