Outline of Research at the Start

①Epi封入Lipビーズの形状や安定性の検証を行い、②ラット肝細胞癌モデルを用いてLEN-TACEにおけるLipビーズの腫瘍内到達性およびEpiの薬物動態を評価する。③臨床研究で肝細胞癌患者を対象にEpi封入Lipビーズを用いたLEN-TACEの有効性と安全性を評価する。④動注免疫療法への応用を目指して、LipビーズにAtez/Bvをそれぞれ封入し、抗腫瘍効果や腫瘍微小環境の変化等を評価する。
