Outline of Research at the Start

脳虚血において、脳灌流圧は重要な指標であるが、現行の臨床評価では直接推定が困難である。本研究では、4D Flow MRI測定誤差の調和、CFDモデルの単純化、灌流圧の妥当性評価の3点を目的として、脳灌流圧推定手法の開発を行う。本技術はヒト血管の全血流推定にも応用可能であり、血管疾患の臨床血流評価における基盤となる成果を目指す。
