Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、in vivoイメージング法と生殖細胞を用いたin vitro評価法を組み合わせて、抗がん剤による毒性発現と回復の有無、また、次世代個体への影響を評価し、それらのメカニズムについて検証し、妊孕性温存療法の対応が困難な小児がんサバイバーの妊孕性確保に資する研究について実施する。本研究の遂行により、小児がん患者の妊孕性確保に資する基礎データを提示する。
