Outline of Research at the Start

慢性炎症の関与する動脈硬化性血管疾患（冠動脈疾患、大動脈瘤、大動脈解離）について、病変部のscRNAseqとsnRNAseqにて、免疫細胞を含む病変部全細胞の遺伝子発現をシングルセルレベルで解析する。さらにGenotyping of Transcriptomes (GoT)にて、ゲノム異常とこのシングルセル解析結果の因果関係を特定する。3疾患のヒト検体解析により、病態メカニズム解明と疾患層別化、新規治療標的の創出を行い、さらに疾患モデルマウスを用いて新規治療標的への介入実験を実施し、新規疾患治療法・予防法を提案する。
