Outline of Research at the Start	気道は吸気を肺に運ぶ道管であるとともに、吸気の浄化装置でもある重要な器官である。本研究では、マウス胚の気道組織を題材に上皮間充織相互作用とその時系列変化を１細胞解像度で網羅的に解析することで、気道発生原理を分子レベルで理解し、その知識を利用してヒトES細胞からのヒト気道オルガノイドの開発を試みる。
