Outline of Research at the Start

我々が開発したT細胞ライブラリアッセイを用いて、bona fide CTLに注目した治療戦略を目指す。CTLの種類は、多型であるHLAアレルに依存していることから、人類普遍的な戦略を考えるにあたり、それぞれ異なるHLAアレルについてのCTLの情報が必要である。そこで、さらに、6種類の異なるHLAアレルに拘束されるbona fide CTLとそれらのエピトープおよびTCRの同定をおこない、(1)普遍的なSARS-CoV-2特異的CTLの機能的分化経路の解明、(2)日本人を広くカバー出来るCTL誘導型経鼻ペプチドワクチンの開発、(3)TCR導入人工CTLの作製を目指すべく計画を立案した。
