Outline of Research at the Start

治療抵抗性肉腫の根治性を向上させるため、肉腫細胞だけではなく腫瘍微小環境を標的とする治療法の創出が期待される。本研究では、空間マルチオミクス解析による治療抵抗性肉腫免疫微小環境の解明、ドラッグリポジショニング解析による新たな候補分子/経路に対する薬剤抽出と動物治療モデルにおける有効性の検討、微小環境治療薬と標準化学療法との併用療法の限局性治療抵抗性肉腫に対する非臨床エビデンスの構築を目指す。
