Outline of Research at the Start

tRCC同種移植マウスモデル、ヒトtRCC臨床検体を対象に、空間的オミクス技術（GeoMX, CODEX）及び単一細胞プロテオミクス技術(CyTOFマスサイトメーター)を駆使し、腫瘍内多様性、腫瘍組織内における複雑な細胞間相互作用ネットワークや免疫担当細胞を、分子標的薬あるいは免疫チェックポイント阻害薬による治療前・中・後と経時的且つ包括的に解析する事で、tRCCの病態解明を基盤とした新規治療戦略を創出する。
